Now based in Vancouver, I’ve spent 10+ years working in SF and Toronto. Across multiple industries, functions, and company stages. Often as the first marketing hire.

With every engagement, I conduct a Growth Diagnostic to analyze your entire current growth efforts. From there, we design and implement a focused growth model, build the necessary systems (enabled by AI if need be), and establish the metrics and rituals to run it. It's a hands-on, collaborative process from start to finish.

Do you execute the work or just provide the strategy?
My primary role is strategy and systems-building. I design the engine and build the core infrastructure that’s tailored for your business. While I don't typically handle day-to-day execution like writing social media posts or designing creatives, I work closely with your existing team to enable them to run the engine we build together. If there are gaps, I can help hire or tap on the right people to help.

Do you execute the work or just provide the strategy?
My primary role is strategy and systems-building. I design the engine and build the core infrastructure that’s tailored for your business. While I don't typically handle day-to-day execution like writing social media posts or designing creatives, I work closely with your existing team to enable them to run the engine we build together. If there are gaps, I can help hire or tap on the right people to help.

How long will it take to see results?
I’ll aim for early tactical wins within the first 60 days to build momentum and validate our hypotheses. However, the real goal is to build a sustainable engine, and its compounding effects typically become significant after the 3-6 month mark. This is a long-term investment in your company's core growth competency, not a short-term fix.
